This page supplements the Terms of Use and covers coin top-ups, episode unlocks and membership benefits. Confirm the product, price, duration and account before paying.
1. Products and prices
The service offers coin top-ups and uses coins for eligible episode, full-drama and fixed-term membership purchases. Currency amounts, coin costs, eligible content, discounts and duration are shown before confirmation. Coins are service credits, not a bank balance.
2. Membership duration
Current coin-funded memberships have a fixed term and do not automatically renew. Buying or downloading the app does not by itself unlock every drama or grant lifetime membership. Your order specifies the benefits purchased.
3. Delivery and account access
Benefits are associated with the account used for the purchase and delivered after payment is confirmed. Closing a checkout page does not confirm success or failure. Check your order and balance, and contact support if payment succeeded but benefits are missing.
4. Apple purchases, if available
If your receipt is issued by Apple, use Apple's purchase-management and refund services. If an auto-renewable subscription is offered in a future version, its purchase screen must state the period, price, renewal and cancellation terms. These instructions do not mean Apple in-app purchases or subscriptions are currently available.
5. Refunds and disputes
Refund requests are reviewed according to the payment channel, order status and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
